• Online Video & Computer-based Armed Robbery Training Course

Here is a detailed description of each of these components:

 

Floor Plan Review

• A Risk Consultant will conduct a review of your store’s current floor plan.

• An evaluation will be made of your current security equipment for any suggested changes or upgrades.to better protect the location.

 

Online Video & Computer-based Armed Robbery Training Course

• While training may not necessarily prevent a business from being robbed, the intent of this type of training is to provide businesses with an added level of awareness.

• This online computer based armed robbery training course will include a 13 minute narrated armed robbery awareness video followed by a test.

• Employees can complete the course at their own pace from their own location via our website. After viewing the video, each employee will take a brief 15 question test.

• Upon successful completion of the test, employees will receive a certificate of completion. Information on employees having completed the course will be retained by Sapphire Protection for future loss prevention safety and security training courses.

 

​Post-robbery Instruction Kit

• Regardless of the training employees receive, when a robbery occurs it is traumatic and chaotic. Having an easy to follow post robbery instruction kit at their fingertips after an incident will greatly reduce the stress.

• Sapphire Protection has designed a post robbery instruction incident kit which will be sent to all clients and to be stored in the manager’s office.          

• The kit includes all of the essential forms and documents necessary to properly manage a robbery after it occurs.

Post-robbery Support

Unfortunately, robberies and burglaries do happen regardless of the best prevention methods. More unfortunate is that most incidents are not solved by the police. Although, our goal is to prevent these incidents from ever happening, we can assist the store with any questions they may have after a robbery has occurred. We have also developed a toll-free $1,000 reward tip-line sign to help you obtain any leads on the incident.The cost of the reward is free to the client and included in the annual package paid for by Sapphire Protection.
