ANNOUNCEMENT: BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS
National Cannabis Industry Association members have registered their preferences in the organization's annual board of directors election and eleven winning candidates have been chosen to be seated on the board for the 2014-16 term. Seven candidates are incumbent board members who have won re-election to remain on the board and four were new contenders who will be seated at the board's next meeting in July. NCIA is proud of its open and transparent process for selecting board members. The board has oversight over the association's strategic direction and budget so it's important that they represent the membership's interest. The new board members-elect will join the NCIA executive director and nine other elected members serving terms ending in 2015 at the next board meeting. 2014 Winning Candidates:
